Special Circumstances Presentation.
Create a slideshow / presentation of at least 10 CONTENT slides about a topic regarding diversity and families in special circumstances. You may select any one of the particular circumstances from Chapter 14 of the text. In addition to the information from the text, include information from at least one website from the chapter in your presentation and 2 scholarly article (Minimum, 4 sources total). Remember to use proper APA citation for your sources in the presentation, references slide. Suggestions for further reading and helpful websites are listed in the text on pages 411-413. Possible topics are included in the Module. Submission should be minimum 10 slides: 1 title slide, 10 content slides, 1 reference slide.

Divorce and Remarriage
Kidsturn is a nonprofit organization to help kids and parents through divorce. Their website offers information about workshops and other resources for families.
Parent Education and Custody Effectiveness (P.E.A.C.E.) is sponsored by the American Bar Association, Family Law Section. The P.E.A.C.E. program is an educational program designed to provide information to parents about the divorce and separation process, hoping this will result in improved parentchild relationships after divorce and a reduction in the number of contested custody, visitation, and sup- port disputes that now face our courts.
The National Family Resiliency Center (formerly Children of Separation and Divorce Center) (NFRC) is committed to helping children and adults preserve a sense of fam- ily, foster healthy relationships, and constructively adjust to change, especially during times of separation, divorce, and other family transitions.
Parents Without Partners has a website that explains the resources offered by the international organization that focuses on single parents and their children.
