1. Using the “Reflection” on page 196 of the textbook as a starting point, make notes on at least 3 strengths and 3 weaknesses of an organization or group in which you are an active participant. Of the weaknesses in the organization or group (formal or informal), determine the one you would really like to change into a strength if possible.
2. Conduct research to find a team building exercise to address that weakness in the organization or group. If you do not find an exercise on the internet or other media resources, write your own team building instructions for the weakness you identified.
3.write a short essay 2 -3 paragraphs describing the weakness and the change you would like to see. In the same essay provide the instructions for the team building exercise or the link where you found the exercise.
