1. Download the attached listed of “Interview Questions: Program Evaluation Implementation.” 2. Using the interview questions provided in this module’s Learning Resources, conduct interviews with two professionals in the field who were involved in the implementation of a program evaluation for the same site. Be sure to interview one program leader and one other stakeholder associated with or impacted by the program evaluation. 3. Take notes during the interviews and summarize responses to each question/prompt in a typed document. Provide a brief description of the roles and responsibilities of the people interviewed, the type of site, and some context for the program evaluation. Compare the presenters experiences, in the media presentation, to the interviewees experiences you gathered. Based on the experiences shared, did the program: o Encounter the same challenges? What kinds of similarities and differences occurred? o Implement similar strategies for overcoming challenges? Why or why not? Describe at least one lesson learned that might assist you in positively implementing data-driven change. Then 1. Reflect on information you gathered from interviews with program leaders in the field sharing their experiences with implementing program evaluations and their findings. 2. Draw on stories from interviews you conducted in the field, in order to explore strategies and lessons learned. Consider how you can use the lessons learned to positively implement data-driven change.
