Dear colleagues,
I’d like to start by saying how please I am to join the team and work with you, hand-in-hand, to advance the Group and improve performance.
Over the past two weeks, I’ve had the pleasure of meeting some of you, and understanding from you and the management team, more about the business and its strength and current challenges.
In the next months, it will be vital for all us to overcome those current obstacles and close any gaps that may exist. I ask that each of us will support in collectively achieving the below objectives before end-year:
a. Restructure the head office and decentralise services to allow each business unit to operate smoothly and reflect actual business performance
b. Review the work of all business units, departments and individuals, evaluating productivity and efficiency, and working to minimise costs while raising productivity and sales
c. Evaluate pricing and incentives to improve sales and services provided by all producing divisions
d. Explore added value services under existing structure to improve our bottom-line margins
e. Renegotiate exclusive finance deals for our corporate and retail customers, integrating digitally with finance institutions to reduce paperwork and speed up the process
f. Enabling the Human Resource Department to achieve better efficiency and work on attracting, developing, qualifying, training, and enabling our employees to do their work better
g. Review and set priorities and initiatives that help support productivity, reduce costs, and ensure we monitor performance daily
h. Continuously achieve better productivity and high-quality services to our customers
i. Support and develop our operations outside the capital, enabling them provide services that suit the needs of our customers
j. Improve internal communication across the Group, highlighting achievements and efforts made and implement open door policy with management
k. Develop long-term strategic plans to achieve higher sustainable growth
