For example, if your position is the patients desire to withhold life support, provide authoritative legal support or evidence-based practice resources in support of your position. You must cite this support. Ethics Committee Employer Policy: Look at your employer’s policy on ma king a referral to the ethics committee. Briefly explain what the process is to refer to the ethics committee. What steps do you need to take in accordance with the policy to make the referral?
