Write a reflective essay that comments critically on your experiences of professional work based practices in an educational setting, focusing on the impact low level disruption has on both practical and theoretical Physical education lessons. You should contextualise your examples by including references to secondary sources of information including policy documents, research studies and your wider theoretical reading. Outline – A critical reflection on one or two current or previous workplace experience(s) and/or critical incident(s) with, where appropriate, supporting work based evidence e.g. observation feedback, mentor feedback, organisation policies etc. In depth analysis of one experience/critical incident (low level disruption) with reference to wider sources of knowledge on the issues involved. A reflective statement about how your work based practices or your understanding of that practice has changed or may change because of your reflection and analysis.
