The purpose of this task is to demonstrate an understanding of a key concept in program evaluation within the context of second language programs. Based on readings, select one of the concepts (e.g., working with stakeholders, ethical considerations, various levels) and explain how it can be situated and understood within an evaluation of language programs. It is understood that references specific to language programs may be limited, and a one challenge of the assignment is to bring in works relevant to overall assignment from related fields such as education, curriculum design, second language acquisition, and TESOL studies.
