Create one table or chart for documenting students’ fluency skills. The one chart should contain all of the areas below and room for all of the students in one class. Include ways to assess and collect data for a class for the following areas:

Word Identification
Reading Rate
Accuracy
Prosody
Comprehension
In a reflective narrative describe what specific assessments you will use for gathering the data. Copy and paste into the assignment any links for any assessments/materials you may be using from online and cite those resources even if you adapt them in some way.
