This is a persuasive paper. My topic and main points are below please follow that below when writing the persuasive research paper. I found as few sources but more are needed as well. Topic: Nursing Assistants are underpaid and overworked Nursing assistants are overworked, underpaid, and not appreciated in healthcare. That’s why there is an increased number of on-the-job injuries, turnovers, burnout, and poor-quality patient care. Nursing assistants deserve more pay, a decrease in CNA-to-patient ratio, and proper support from administration and nursing staff. Main point 1: CNAs deserve an increase in pay. They work the hardest and get paid the lowest. Main point 2: The CNA-to- patient ratio is too high. It puts the Nursing assistant and patient at risk for injury and the patient at risk for poor care.
