Choose a situation that challenges your basic belief of what is good corporate social responsibility in action. Describe the business situation; explain the unethical behavior. Identify the stakeholders. Identify how the stakeholders have been affected. Are there global implications of the effects of this situation? Explain how this situation resonates with utilitarianism or Kant’s Categorical Imperative. Explain what you would have done differently if you were to have been the CEO or General Manager of the company or corporation.
