I would like you to develop this more. You are interested in online simulation training for paramedics. But it is not clear what aspect you are curious about. Are you interested in the different skill levels participants bring to the simulation, that might have an effect on their engagement? Or their ability to develop competence? If you are, what type of skills in particular are you curious about? Consider your perspective: whose point of view will you take? Will you take the point of view of the trainees–perhaps you could examine what they report needing to engage in online simulation training? Or perhaps you might want to take the point of view of the educators.
