There is a short report in the class material section that offers some information to give you a start. Here is an outline of the process: 1. pick an organelle, 2. do research into 1 disease that happens because the cell is flawed. 3. find 3 peer-reviewed sources that discuss the disease process, including the specific genetic error, the anatomical or enzymatic change(s) and the outcome for the organism (early death, reduced function…). I assume you will do human diseases, but you may use any plant or animal you choose. 4. create your report; it should be a minimum of 650 words in the BODY of the paper.
