Also, please, feel free to share any other thoughts you may have about your clinical experiences. ***I attached my first clinical reflection (clinical experience week 1 – 3) ***Some more experiences after my first 3 week clinical experience + Calling vendors for the April health fair (I attached a picture of some detail) + Interview a family that assigned by my professor with my paired for the family assessment project ( A Family Health Assessment is a community health nurse’s appraisal of a family’s health care needs. The assessment is holistic in that it examines the cultural, spiritual, developmental and biopsychosocial needs of a family unit.)***this is a paired assignment***Some detail of my family that I am working with: grandma raising 3 grandchild, all 9 year old (twin boy and 1 girl), everyone attended the after school program at the Garcia Center. Low income family, receive help from government (food stamp, Medicaid) + work on a shark tank project and community paper with the group member (10 of us) + attended the follow up with a diabetes client from our community at the Garcia center (checking their blood pressure, weight and blood sugar, do the HgbA1c test)
