This is an academic research paper on a topic that involves nutrition. The expectations of this project are: 1. Identify a nutritional topic of interest that can be applied to a current nutritional issue. 2. Identify information that addresses the nutritional issue. 3.Analyze information for application to a defined population. 4. Examine areas in which additional information may be needed to help a defined population address this nutritional issue. 5. Recommend approaches to distribute the nutritional information to a defined population. You can choose any topic that interests you in regards to nutrition. Some examples are: hypertension, osteoporosis, heart disease, type 2 diabetes, ect. *If you choose to write about a pathology, you need to make sure it is about how nutrition affects or prevents the pathology- this paper should not be about medications or surgeries. Should be about things such as nutrigenomics, analysis of eating plans, food safety, minerals, economic effects on nutrition, ect. The sections of the paper are as follows: 1. Title page 2. Table of contents 3. Abstract- 100-200 words 4. Introduction w thesis- about 1 page/4-6 paragraphs 5.
