“Leading Up” is a concept that exists in every profession but is rarely recognized let alone acknowledged. Present an example of leading up that was used in a public safety environment (or another profession to include the military).
Describe the situation and the indicators of either concept that were present. Explain how the individual employed the concept of leading up? How effective was the approach? What were the results?
