Write a paper Anticipating Hofstadter Effects.Choose 2 Hofstede dimensions. For each dimension, think about two groups of hypothetical employees from countries that are distant on that dimension. Individualism/collectivism:
employees from an individualistic society will be more likely to speak up and disagree, while employees from a collectivistic country will likely be uncomfortable speaking up unless they speak for the group and will avoid direct disagreement. This will lead to imbalanced communication.

Extra credit: Conflict doesn’t just come from Hofstede dimensional differences. Similarity can also cause problems. For example, identify how it is possible for two groups with the same uncertainty avoidance score to have a culture clash specifically caused by the uncertainty avoidance score.
