The service delivery process at some gyms is a menu-driven process where each member chooses from a range of services the club provides. Therefore, capacity must be measured for each service item provided. In other organizations, there are no choices, which makes capacity planning easier to forecast.
Research and discuss different organizations and explain how they manage their products and/or services, and explain how they manage their overall capacity planning.
