MLA style and citation practices, including: essay structure source citation, both full (Works Cited) and in-text (parenthetical citations) blending source information into your essay 3. Your purpose for this argumentative research paper is persuasive. One of the biggest causes for a failing grade for this assignment is submission of an informative research paper or a persuasive essay rather than an argumentative research essay. This is for College English 102. I was thinking of writing about advocating that second language instruction should be part of the curriculum in American schools but honestly, anything at this point if that is too hard to write about.
