Our goal is to align each client with a long term, highly motivated and connected assistant, based on their needs, that assists the client with whatever it is they require on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. You could select your level of assistance needed, average assigned duties, average connectivity or speed at which you need assistance, and Certainly will bridge that gap and connect you with the perfect assistant that will handle everything for you. Our talent acquisition strategy would be that of a larger company. We would hire top talent within the personal assistance and hospitality industry, network and work off industry and personal referrals, create incentives like 401K plans, bonus options (from the person providing assistance), and recruit directly from degree programs. The employment brand strategy would display that we provide upscale assistance to upscale individuals. We act as their helping hand, offering tailor-made service, near immediate connectivity, and above average salaries for dedicated, full time assistants. We would also offer a less costly option for those who do not need a 100% full time assistant, but instead need help with various tasks or occasional planning or scheduling. This would be a by-service payment, and those assistants who handle these scenarios would be paid on an hourly schedule instead of a salary, or detail dependent situation. We would need to promote ourselves as the upscale option as it comes to personal assistants, but with maintaining this brand image, and following through with our salary and compensation requirements, as well as our screening process of people requiring assistance, we would ensure that we have a solid, reliable network of clients and assistants.
