best nursing practice for the specific nursing care problems you identified. The paper should
include:
o Client history, assessment, interventions, evaluation, long term plan, patient teaching, challenges identified, recommendations, evaluation, and discharge plan
o A review of current literature (not more than five years) detailing the recommended nursing care for the client problem and rationale (At least five nursing Journal must be referenced).
