You will describe the needed organizational change, develop a plan/strategy for change and identify the OD processes you will use to implement the change. The paper should include the following information: organization analysis in detail, using all (or as many as applicable) OB concepts learned in class; what needs to change and why and what forces are driving the change; discuss the resistance to chance and how you will overcome the resistance to change; identify all OD processes that you will use to implement the change and how this will improve organizational effectiveness and performance, The paper should be 10 pages long.
