Group Services Implementation Plan:
This assignment will provide an opportunity to use the foundation for learning overviewed in Modules 1-4. Choose a group service that a social worker will provide based on the RTI /PBIS three tier approach with a focus on choice of either Tiers 2 or 3. Chose an intervention that meets students’ needs to be successful in school. Describe your focus, such as prevention or intervention.
Use the Group Interventions in Schools text as a guide for this implementation assignment. Provide details of your plan, with attention to how you will work with other school personnel to support your group intervention. Include an introduction to your implementation plan describing the purpose of this plan and your expectations of how this will meet both students’ and the school’s needs to support success for all involved. Once you have completed the implementation guide, provide a concluding summary that highlights your contribution as a school social worker. Describe the evidence that will indicate the success of this implementation plan.
