2. Construct a four (4) page APA-formatted paper (the title page and reference pages do not count in the page count)
3. Include a minimum of two level APA headings. Review the latest APA edition (7th edition) for guidelines on how to use these two levels of headings.
4. In the body of the paper include these topics:

Propose a best practice solution integrating the information from the review of literature and from the perspective you shared from the organization.
Conclude your paper with a summary of the key points of the paper including the proposed solution.
5. Use course content, your textbooks, professional journal articles, and professional websites as references to your work.
6. You must include a minimum of 5 professional references addressing the evidence.
7. Keep the same format and font throughout the paper.
8. Make sure content flows with transition statements throughout the paper.
9. Avoid duplication of content.
10. Each person should be responsible for reading the completed paper making sure format, grammar, APA format, and content are seamless and flow well.
11. Be sure to include a title page and reference page(s) using APA format. 4 pages not including the title and reference page.
