Read Chapter 6 in the textbook – Using the scenario with Devanna and Julie on page 154 – write a mock ending for the summative evaluation conference between Devanna and Julie. After determining if the recent poor work performance is work related or personal issues, develop a performance improvement plan for helping Julie get back on track at the child care center. There are examples of performance evaluations and other resources at the end of Chapter 6. Use these as examples only. If you copy the examples, you will receive no points. Julie should have at least 3 tasks to complete over the next 3 months. Use a minimum of 3 resources other than the textbook to develop the performance improvement plan.
