Objective: Assess a personal conflict in light of conflict theory.
Theory is limited to being abstract unless that theory is made practical and applied to ones own personal conflicts. Assessing a specific conflict, including how it escalated and was defused or resolved, is profitable in learning how to manage conflicts in the future.
Review Chapter 7 in your textbook.
