For your Week 6 Discussion Forum do not forget to write your responses in “question and answer” format. That means write out the question first in its entirety before drafting your response back to it.
Use at least one scholarly peer-reviewed source AND your “AG” textbook to validate your points. Only use APA format for your “in-text” citations and include your Reference List entries at the end of your responses.
Make sure to familiarize yourself with Chapter 13 in the “AG” textbook before you address the following question prompts:
1.) Choose and identify any historical Supreme Court case (e.g. Roe v. Wade, Citizens United v. FEC, etc.) whose outcome you see as having had a significant political and social impact over American society. In at least 150 words explain why you see the outcome of this particular case as having had such a profound impact over American society?
2.) In our present moment, what current issue or problem do you see in American society today that you think the Supreme Court needs to address immediately? Why do you feel this way? Explain in at least 150 words.
3.) Respond to two or more of your peers. Each response should be at least 100 words.
