“You are the Director of Human Resources for a company with 5000 employees. There are physical locations in New York and Florida, and employees work remotely in every other state.
Choose any form of discrimination: RACE. Your company is facing a lawsuit from an employee who feels they were discriminated against.
This project requires that you do the following:
Create any facts relevant to draft a hypothetical scenario involving the lawsuit
Explain the relevant laws or regulations pertaining to the alleged discrimination
Propose a training plan for the company to avoid these issues moving forward
The training plan must include at least the following:
i. Audience (C-suite, management, all employees, etc.) ii. Timing/frequency of training
iii. Mode of training (in person or online)
iv. Specific topics to be covered include a discussion of the relevant laws
The memo should be 3-4 pages double spaced (750-1000 words) and must be in the proper form.
