For this assignment, you will develop a risk assessment plan for the potential occurrence of a Category 3 hurricane in New York City. In order to identify and assess the risks associated with such a scenario, use these risk assessments associated with Coastal Storms and Flooding in New York City.
Select three of the following critical infrastructure/key resources sectors:
Communications
Energy

Water
Develop an 8–10-page paper that includes each of the following sections:
Introduction: Develop an introduction to the risk assessment plan, providing an overview of the hazard, location, and associated risks to the CI/KR sectors.
Scenario: Develop the scenario to be used for the risk assessment. Include specific details to facilitate the development of an effective risk assessment plan based on the scenario.
Risks: Determine the risk, vulnerability, and consequence associated with each of the three selected CI/KR with regard to the developed scenario.
Risk Assessment Methods: Recommend and apply appropriate risk assessment methods and strategies to mitigate the hazard based on the CPG 201 and the THIRA.
Inter dependencies: Assess and analyze the various interdependencies between the selected CI/KR sectors.
Challenges: Identify a minimum of three specific challenges likely to face each of the selected CI/KRs.
Recommendations: Discuss a minimum of five recommendations to ensure the continuation of effective risk assessment and planning regarding the hazard/scenario.
Conclusion: Develop a conclusion summarizing the main points of the paper.
