Activity 1:
Identify stakeholders for your project. Assess your project team’s capability if you refer to a project you have worked on. If it is a new project yo plan to develop, find stakeholders for that project. Develop a strategy to improve your team’s capability. Develop ground rules to use on your project. Develop an improvement strategy for that team based on the audit results.
Identify what you should do to manage and control stakeholder engagement and how you know what might be the level of satisfaction that your stakeholders expect to feel. Identify issues you may need to negotiate and determine the style you will use to handle the conflict and your expectations at each step of the negotiation process.
Activity 2:
Do each of the following for your project:
Develop a stakeholder analysis. Identify as many stakeholders as you can using Exhibit 6.1. List stakeholders by name and title where possible.
Prioritize the listed stakeholders, as shown in Exhibit 6.2.
