Create a survey and write a memo and recommendations based on the following requirements. Both the memo and recommendations should be no more than 250 words.
1. Create a Survey (Survey) composed of at least 20 questions and commentaries that you would solicit to employees that might gauge the sense of quality of life issues important to the general workforce as a community. Such a survey could include aesthetic issues of the workplace, the need for social areas, as well as how time during the workday is generally constructed.
2. Write a Memo (Memo ) to the Administration detailing why having a more “informal” area protected by privacy and worker privileges where employees could air grievances without recourse to formal investigation might work to the advantage of your organization. The task of such an informal detailing of grievances would be to make general, rather than specific, recommendations addressing quality of life issues in the organization.
3. After reading the article (entitled “Boosting Employee Morale”) from the module 8 commentary on business morale, you should write recommendations (Recommendations) to your CEO on how to achieve the seven goals it details at its conclusion.
