Complete, and submit the adapted Johns Hopkins Evidence-Based Practice (JHEBP) Model Synthesis & Recommendations Tool (attached). This tool will help you start evaluating the evidence you have appraised for consistency across findings and relevance of findings. It will help you also start to synthesize findings to support an EBP project. Directions for use of the tool can be found on pages 3-4 of the document(attached). Review JHEBP Model Textbook – Chapter 11 for an example of a completed Individual Evidence Summary Tool (pg. 269-270, Figure 11.7)(attached). *Remember this tool was adapted for this course, so some of the assignment headings are slightly different than in the textbook. Make sure that you include at least 4-5 articles in the tool when you submit this assignment (these should be the articles you have already critiqued in your literature table)(attached). Rememeber, the synthesis and recommendation tool is a follow-up work to the literature and evidence table already completed.
