You will turn in both your completed excel dataset and your answers to the questions presented below. Please use the data set titled “Expat Satisfaction Assignment Data Fall 2023”, which is in the Files folder in Blueline. In this dataset, you have the data from 162 expatriates currently working in three countries: Vietnam, Morocco, and Australia. Please run the following analyses and save them as a unique tab in your excel file. Be sure to label each tab. 1. Linear regression with assignment satisfaction as the dependent variable and Family Satisfaction as the independent variable. 2. Linear regression with assignment satisfaction as the dependent variable and Pay Satisfaction as the independent variable. 3. Linear regression with assignment satisfaction as the dependent variable and Coworker Satisfaction as the independent variable. 4. A Two-Sample T-Test Assuming Equal Variances comparing assignment satisfaction for those expatriates who received training and those who did not. 5. A One-Way Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) comparing the assignment satisfaction scores for the three locations. In addition to running those analyses, please answer the following questions. Be sure to refer to the relevant test statistics (e.g, p-values, means) in your answers, as relevant: 1. What is the regression equation for the regression with Family Satisfaction as the predictor? 2. What is the regression equation for the regression with Pay Satisfaction as the predictor? 3. What is the regression equation for the regression with Coworker Satisfaction as the predictor? 4. Based on the results from your three regression analyses, what recommendations would you make to the executive team of your firm on how to best improve assignment satisfaction for expatriates? Why? 5. Based on the results of your t-test, what would be your recommendation about the utility of the predeparture training? Why? 6. Based on your ANOVA results, did it appear that the assignment satisfaction scores were significantly different for any particular location? If so, which one(s)? What recommendations might you make to leadership based on these results?
