Choose a clinical/administratively significant issue identified in the practicum site and conduct an assessment of the issue. Assessments may include a review of outcomes data, such as National Database of Nursing Quality Indicators (NDNQI) or other outcomes data. You must include a rationale for the topic, and you must propose an intervention or solution to the issue you select. You must also select 1 peer-reviewed preliminary reference published within the last 5 years. Note: The clinical/administrative issue that I would like to do my project on is the Immunization Process Standardization and I would like to use the narrarated presentation. Immunizations issues will do a Process Improvement project to fix the issue; will collect data; spend time tracing their steps and then mapping their process off. The event leading up to the PI project was significant enough that it ended up being a compensable patient event.
