Consider the particular organization in which you are now embedded: college. Describe and analyze the ways in which University’sboth the formal process of education and the social lifeis governed by gendered informal norms and formal policies. Reflect upon your personal experience at college. How is your college experience gendered, if at all? Where is gender more salient (or relevant)? Less? How so? And why do you think that is?
