Describe the music using the techniques of a perceptive listener. Here are some things to think about as you write your post: – Choose a piece of music. It can be any style – classical, pop, rock, jazz, or anything you prefer. – Tell us the name of the piece. – Tell us the composer and the performer(s), if different from the composer. – Tell us one or two interesting things about the performer or composer. – When it was written? – What instruments are being played? – How does the music make you feel? What is in the music that makes you feel this way? – When and where did you hear the music most recently? – What human and cultural values are embodied in the music? – On page 4, you read some reasons why people like music. Why do you like music yourself? Is this music an example of what you like about music? – Be sure to include a link to the music somewhere on the internet. You should be able to find many pieces on or . Remember that your post should be written in paragraph form, not question/answer.
