Many of you focused on the importance of disseminating your results to your professional organization which I completely agree with. Many nurses do not take credit for the work that they do in the same token, because we do not take credit, we do not disseminate our results which could limit the potential of helping patients and/or staff in other healthcare organizations. How can we change this culture or mindset?
