PROCEDURE:
Microorganisms: E. coli and B. cereus.
Temperatures: 25 (Control), 37, 50, 60, 70, 80, 90, 100 oC
Time: 10, 30, 60 min
1. Divide 3 NA plates into 8 sectors, 1 for each temperature plus a control. You will have then 3 plates (label them: 10, 30 and 60 min) with 8 sectors each.
