Select a Gravy podcast of your choice and listen to it again to make sure you understand the food pathway narrative shared in the episode.
Once you identify the ethnic food pathway narrated in the episode, locate at least one scholarly OR popular source that delves deeper into the history of that cuisine/or food pathway.
Develop a thesis and short documented analysis that highlights the significance of this food pathway in American culture.
