Your paper should discuss the case from the very beginning (when the crime or issue first occurred) all the away through to the last court decision in the case. This will be a case brief, but written in paragraph form. You have to research and write about what happened in the case and what the decisions and discussions were in each court.
You will then write your feelings about the case. You will discuss whether you agreed with each court decision and why.
Your information, responses, points of view, and feelings about the case you choose must be clear, thorough, and complete. I must be able to understand what you are saying in your paper. There should be two spaces after the ending punctuation mark of each sentence. Pay attention to grammar, punctuation, and spelling. I cannot grade what I cannot understand.
You must use at least two sources. (One of the sources can be the textbook)
Paper will be in APA format, double-spaced, and 12pt. font. (You do not need an Abstract)
