Globalization has both pros and cons for many nations as the world faces challenges with the environment and hunger.

As you review the following materials, consider how the world has changed since 1815 (Chapter 19). What is meant by globalization? What technologies have caused the greatest changes? What are some of the pros and cons of globalization?
