Provide the town/city name, name of the facility, type of the facility, specifics about what services the facility provides.
Were you surprised at what you found? If so, why?

Did you find an underrepresented area (without mental health, walk-in, low-income/free clinic, women’s health, Planned Parenthood, Senior Citizen Center).
