A). Since September 11th, 2001 there has been a debate about how to handle those suspected or charged with terrorism.
First, how is terrorism defined? Should we treat terrorists as a criminal and send them through the United States legal system? Or should we label them as an “enemy combatant” and send them to Guantanamo Bay, Cuba? If terrorists are labeled “enemy combatants” they may not be given Constitutional rights, is there a constitutional problem here? (Minimum of 150 words)
B). In 2022, Russia invaded Ukraine. Should the United States be concerned with Russia? What options, if any, does the United States have to remove Russia from Ukraine? Do you as American citizen feel threatened by the actions of Russia?
