For this assignment, you will create a project schedule (Gantt chart) and a resource plan for your project by completing the
following steps:
1. Develop a proposed network configuration diagram (as applicable) for your project using a network diagraming tool such
as MS Visio, Open Office – draw, Google Draw, DIA, draw.io, etc.
2. Generate a list of project activities with an estimated duration and a list of resources needed for each activity. This is the
work breakdown structure (WBS).
3. Create a Gantt chart using a project management tool like MS-Project, Trello, Jira, or Zoho. (You will be required to submit
the original file with the assignment.)
4. Insert the Gantt chart into a document and identify the tool you used to develop the Gantt chart and why you selected
that tool.
5. Describe your rationale for the development of the task list, the estimated time for project completion, and the required
project resources.
