copied from my professor: Watch the film “The Corporation” (2006) by Mark Achbar, Jennifer Abbott, and Joel Bakan. The film presents an argument by analogy. The argument: if a corporation is a legal ‘person’, then (via analogy) this ‘person’ qualifies as a psychopath. Question: Does the modern corporation present a systemic ethical problem? If so, why? If not why not? Provide reasons and evidence from the film in support of your views. I WANT TO ARGUE THAT IT DOES PRESENT A PROBLEM!
