You will need to create 3 scenarios, which will involve an Approach Contact, Non-Approach Contact and High-Risk Contact
The important piece of this assignment is that you will need to create a scenario that has a positive resolution, whereas the officer utilizes the 3 different Vehicle Contacts techniques to arrive at the Resolution.
As opposed to the other Scenario Assignments, I do not want you to necessarily spell out everything that happens within the scenario, when you submit it to me. I want to “hear” about the reason for the contact, and all 3 phases of the O.I.R. Yes, each of the techniques incorporates O.I.R. So, break the submission down into separate headings:
Type of Contact (Approach, Non-Approach and High-Risk) – 10PTS
Opening – 10PTS
Information Gathering – 10PTS
Resolution – 10PTS
