You will develop a question about positive workplaces and conduct research to answer that question. You should choose a question that is relevant to your experiences – such as one where you could share your results in a way that benefits your current workplace. Your assignment will also include a personal reflection section. The general requirements for the assignment are:
Length: Maximum of 6 pages
Format: Double-spaced, Times New Roman font, 1” margins, APA in-text citations and references
Research: Draw on a minimum of 5 high-quality peer reviewed articles; assigned readings for the class may be used for the assignment, but will not count toward the 5-article minimum
All assignments should be submitted in Word format
Failure to follow the length or formatting requirements will each result in an automatic 10% (4 mark) deduction from your final grade.
