This is an extension of the group report but more focus on the application of what you learn from the company (the group project) and put it on another company that you are interested. Another way to do this individual report is to think of one new idea how to improve the existing situation of the company (the group project).
Page length for a group report is between 5 to 15 pages, 1.5 line spacing, and 12 point in font size. In usual, I receive an individual assignment of around 10 pages.
