Situation – a succinct definition of the issue in the case
Background – a succinct summary of background leading to the current issue. Assume the reader has a familiarity but use this section an opportunity to highlight facts relevant to your assessment/recommendation
Assessment – your group’s analysis of the issue and context, with an emphasis on evidence to support your recommendation
