Working in a hot and humid environment
Operating a power tool with excess vibration
Technician working around the radiation of an x-ray machine
Cleaning metal parts with a highly corrosive acid
Working on an assembly line in a raw chicken processing plant
Your interventions should include a control measure at each of the three stages of the source-path-worker model for each of the above hazardous situations.
