Give examples of a bad sales experience you have had. There is no required length, but it would be hard to do an adequate job of this in less than a 1/2 page (single spaced) PART 2: Answer the following four questions related to Chapter 1 of SELL: 1. What are the key differences between transaction-focused traditional selling and trust-based relationship selling? 2. How do salespeople contribute to our society? Are there negative aspects to personal selling from a societal perspective? 3. What are the primary contributions made by salespeople to their employers? These are specifically stated in the textbook, so list those. But also feel free to add your own answers as well. 4. Most businesses would have a difficult time surviving without the benefits of the salespeople who call on them. Do you agree? Why or why not?
